Trinity GESE Grade 1 Worksheets
I made this booklet back in 2018 to give my students extra materials in preparation for the Trinity GESE Grade 1 exam. Trinity is an oral class that focuses on communicative language. Students will develop their speaking and listening skills for a one-to-one, face-to-face assessment. Trinity Grade 1 is the lowest level and is intended for the very beginners of the English language. Usually targeting preschoolers.

The worksheets that have been provided have been designed for younger students who are in preschool. This allows them to engage with the vocabulary visually and have some form of interaction with them. Trinity is a speaking course, however it can be very draining and tiring for younger students. So, the worksheets should be a welcoming addition to your lessons!
When I teach Trinity courses, I tend to do it an uplifting manner, encouraging everyone to join in. Encourage the students to make mistakes and to learn from them, as the assessment requires them to speak with an instructor one-to-one which can be very daunting.
